Manuel Neuer has retired from international football after Germany’s quarter-final exit from the Euros 2024.
Manuel Neuer has called time on his legendary international career after featuring in 124 matches for Germany in his 15-year-career. The 38-year-old made his debut against the United Arab Emirates back in 2009, which also puts him fifth on the list behind Lothar Matthaus, Miroslav Klose, Thomas Muller, and Lukas Podolski. Neuer helped Germany reach the semi-finals of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, only to win it four years later in Brazil
