Wilmar Jordan opened the scoring for the Marina Machans early in the 11th minute with a left-footed shot into the centre of the goal. However, Udanta Singh (45th) levelled the match for the Gaurs just before halftime.
FC Goa maintained their momentum into the second half, taking the lead early with Armando Sadiku scoring from the penalty spot, firing a right-footed shot into the bottom left corner. However, in the 78th minute, Chima Chukwu equalized for the opposition with a header, assisted by Connor Shields following a set-piece, to restore parity at 2-2.
With this goal, Sadiku became the first of the Gaurs to score in five consecutive Indian Super League games.
Despite late efforts from both sides, neither could break the deadlock, and the match ended after a full 96 minutes of intense action.

Chennaiyin FC was unable to secure their first home win and third victory of the season. With today's draw, they move up to fifth place with 8 points. Owen Coyle's team have played five matches so far, winning two, drawing two, and losing one.
Meanwhile, FC Goa guided by India coach Manolo Marquez are struggling to find their rhythm this season. Following today's clash against the Marina Machans, they sit in eighth place with 6 points, having played six matches—one win, two losses, and three draws.
