And we are underway at the Fatorda! FC Goa start with a 4-2-3-1 formation, with Armando Sadiku upfront, while Mumbai City go with the same, as Greece's Nikos Karelis starts in attack. Should be a cracker!
If you are around the Fatorda, you know where to head. And it has been a sedate start to the game with both teams looking to ease into play, and the sides having a go from distance. Nothing on target though.
The game is slowly starting to pick up pace, with the visitors showing much more intent, and are dominating the possession game in the first 15 minutes of play. Karelis is looking to open up space in front, but fails to get to the right position at the right time.
Gooooaaal!!! 1-0!!! And there are no gifts for guessing who! The visitors take the lead as Nikos Karelis opens the scoring in the 22nd minute of the game. Van Nieff delivers a solid ball into his path, and he finds the net with a sweet header.
The hosts are slowly getting back into the game with Borja Herrera their best player on the pitch so far, making crucial passes into the final third. While for Mumbai, it has been Yoell van Nieff.
A good game for van Nieff becomes better. 40 minutes, and he has an assist and a goal to his name. Mumbai have truly arrived to this one and have shown absolutely no mercy. FCG 0-2 MCFC!
And that's half-time at the Fatorda in Goa, and Mumbai have a 2-0 lead at the break, thanks to goals from Nikos Karelis and Youell van Nieff. FC Goa will want to try something different and change the pace of play - however, that seems a little difficult with how Mumbai are playing at the moment.
And we are back and the second half is underway at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Goa. Both managers have made no changes to their starting XIs, but it would have been two different changing room talks. Can the hosts light up a renaissance?
And the hosts pull one back in the 55th minute, and it is game on with more than 30 minutes to go. They needed that and Fatorda is slowly coming alive after that disappointing first half. Can Marquez's men turn it around?
That's the first substitution of the match as Jon Toral comes in for Jeremy Manzorro. It is a straight change and he will pair up with Youll van Nieff in the middle of the pitch for Mumbai, with just about 30 minutes left.
Four changes overall, with two from each team now as Sahil Tavora comes in for Rowlin Borges and Iker Guarrotxena gets subbed in for Carl McHugh for Goa, while Thaer Krouma and PN Noufal come in for Nikos Karelis and Brandon Fernandes.
And that's the game, and Petr Kraty's Mumbai City FC have taken all three points in their away trip to Goa, thanks to goals from Nikos Karelis and Youll van Nieff in the first half. The hosts got one back, after Sadiku scored a penalty in the 55th minute, but just was not enough on the day.
