1) Virat Kohli (India) - 711 runs
India's star batter Virat Kohli got to the elusive 50th ODI century in front of the 'Little Master' himself on November 15; Sachin Tendulkar was in the crowd to witness Kohli guide India to a semi-final win over New Zealand by 70 runs. All through the tournament, Kohli has given the hosts a solid anchor in the middle overs. He scored 88 against Sri Lanka in Mumbai to help take India to the semi-finals. Earlier, he scored a match-winning 95 against New Zealand to follow up his 103 not out against Bangladesh. Kohli began the tournament with a solid 85 and came up with another fifty against Afghanistan in Delhi. Kohli, who averages a whopping 99 in the showpiece event, will hope this form continues if India are to win their third ODI WC title.

2) Quinton de Kock (South Africa) - 591 runs
Wicketkeeper-batter Quinton de Kock has had a stupendous run in the tournament so far, scoring four centuries already. De Kock climbed to the top of the run-scorers list with a mesmerizing 140-ball 174 against Bangladesh and consolidated his position with a ton against New Zealand. He had earlier scored back-to-back tons at the World Cup, the first since AB de Villiers did it in 2011, as the Proteas look to win their first major ICC tournament.

3) Rachin Ravindra (New Zealand) - 578 runs
The 23-year-old Indian-origin southpaw Rachin Ravindra has been the brightest young batting talent of the 2023 ODI World Cup. The youngster scored a dazzling undefeated ton in the World Cup opener against defending champions England and came up with a magnificent 75 against the unbeaten India, and then another fantastic century, this time against Australia. He hit another fantastic century against Pakistan to become the first-ever cricketer to score three tons on ODI World Cup debut.

4) Daryl Mitchell (New Zealand) - 552 runs

Luck played a cruel trick on Daryl Mitchell, who witnessed his peers fall one after the other as he slogged to a 134 run-inning against India, dragging New Zealand to within reach of the target almost single-handedly. The Blackcaps fell short, eventually, but Mitchell left a lasting mark, moving up to fourth in the list of the tournament's leading scorers.
