Meanwhile, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj have been rested for the series. Arshdeep Singh, Avesh Khan and Mukesh Kumar will be leading the pace attack. Jitesh Sharma and Sanju Samson are the wicketkeepers in the squad.
Moreover, Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya will miss the series due to their respective injuries. As per report in ESPNCricinfo, the duo will take the field during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 as teammates with the Mumbai Indians (MI).
