Rajasthan Royals defeated Delhi Capitals by 15 runs at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium on Friday. It was another day that belonged to Jos Buttler. He had scored a century in DC's previous game and continued his red-hot form with another century. It was his fourth in IPL and third this season. The last time Delhi were in control of the game was when Rajasthan were 29/0 after 5 overs. After that Buttler went full-on attack and smashed 116 off 65 balls. Devdutt Padikkal and Sanju Samson too played impressive knocks of 54 and 46 not out respectively. In return, DC were limited to 207/8 after a lot of drama in the last over that involved Rishabh Pant asking his batsmen to leave the game mid-way. This happened after the on-ground umpires decided not to send a decision upstairs. It was no-ball in question. DC needed 18 off last 3 balls back then and had it been called a no-ball, what it looked prima facie, the result could have gone either way such was the batting of Rovman Powell (36 off 15) in the last over. Friday's win takes RR to top of the points table. (Scorecard | IPL Points Table | IPL Schedule)
