By all means, Afghanistan seemed destined to complete an innings win in the second Test against Zimbabwe inside four days. But a fine, unbeaten century from skipper Sean Williams (106 off 190), his second in the series, and a resolute half-century from Donald Tiripano (63 off 164) meant that Afghans will need to take the field again on the last day at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi. Rashid Khan, as expected, was brilliant. The celebrated spinner took a fifer to reduce Zimbabwe to 142/7 in 64 overs after imposing the follow-on. Then a 124-run stand for the eight-wicket stalled Afghanistan's victory march. But the wait will not be too long on the final day. Afghanistan had declared at 545/4, then bowled out Zimbabwe for 287 in their first innings. Zimbabwe will resume the final day on 266/7. Catch Day 4 highlights here:
