Tottenham drew 3-3 against reigning champions Manchester City at the Etihad as Pep Guardiola's men dropped further points in the English Premier League.

India have beaten Australia by six runs in the series finale at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. They have also clinched the T20I series 4-1.

A brace from full-back Trent Alexander-Arnold gave Liverpool all three points against Fulham in a seven-goal thriller at Anfield. Despite going down 3-2, the Reds fought back as they climbed second in the EPL table.

9:45am: AFI Bars U-16 Athletes From U-18 Events
Under-16 athletes will no longer be allowed to take part in higher age group competitions in order to save them from overtraining and burnout, the national federation decided on Monday. The decision was taken after the Athletics Federation of India, in an internal study, found out that only four out of 133 athletes who represented in World/Asian Youth Championships continued to compete at the senior level. Anthony Gordon scored for the fourth straight home game for Newcastle to earn a 1-0 win over Manchester United in the English Premier League 2023-24 season on Saturday. The winger tapped in from close range from Kieran Trippier’s cross in the 55th minute for the only goal of a game Newcastle dominated at St. James’ Park. 8:28am: Ashwini-Tanisha In Syed Modi Final
India's Ashwini Ponnappa and Tanisha Crasto moved to the women's doubles final of the Syed Modi International badminton tournament in Lucknow on Saturday night. World no. 32 and seventh seeds Ashwini and Tanisha were trailing 10-11 when the top seeded Japanese duo of Yuki Fukushima and Sayaka Hirota conceded the match after the latter slipped and injured herself. The Indian duo will face third seeds Rin Iwanaga and Kie Nakanishi of Japan in the final tonight, so follow this space.
