Debutant Kyle Mayers scored an unbeaten 210 off 310 balls studded with 20 fours and seven sixes as West Indies pulled off a historic 3-wicket win over Bangladesh in the first Test match on Sunday. Mayers anchored the chase with Nkrumah Bonner, who added 86 runs. Bonner along with Mayer added 216 runs for the fourth wicket to set West Indies on the path to victory. West Indies started the day on 110 for 3. For Bangladesh Mehidy Hasan 4/113 was the pick of the bowlers. Mayers became the fifth-highest scorer on Test debut and his score of the 210 was the second-highest by a West Indies player.
