Lendl Simmons remained unbeaten on 67 off 45 after setting the stage with Evin Lewis (40 off 35). Shimron Hetmyer (23 off 14) and Nicholas Pooran (38 off 18 not out) were brilliant. For India, Bhuvneshwar Kumar was unlucky to went wicketless with some pathetic fielding effort. But skipper Virat Kohli did pull off a stunner to dismiss Hetmyer. Earlier in the match, promoted Shivam Dube hit his maiden fifty (54 off 30). He, along with Rishabh Pant (33 off 22 not out) gave some respectability to the total.
