WI Vs SA, 1st Test, Day 1: South Africa Bundle Out West Indies For 97, Take 31-run Lead - Highlights

Fast bowlers Lungi Ngidi (5/19) and  Anrich Nortje 4/35 helped South Africa bundle out West Indies for just 97 in 40.5 overs on the first day of their first Test match at Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium, Gros Islet, St Lucia, on Thursday. Jason Holder with 20 was the top scorer for the hosts as South Africa dominated the proceedings.  Chasing South Africa's newly appointed Test captain Dean Elgar was out for zero but Aiden Markram (60) and Rassie van der Dussen 34 not out ensured Proteas had 31-run lead in their kitty by stumps.  South Africa finished the day on 128/4.
