ONE Fight Night 11: Eersel vs. Menshikov on Prime Video is brimming with world-class martial artists who have produced some truly memorable moments in ONE Championship.

Those athletes will now return this Friday, June 9, as they’ll look to add more stunning knockouts and submissions to their resumes at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium live in U.S. primetime.

To get you hyped for all the action, here are five of the most exciting wins from the stars competing in Bangkok this weekend.

Eersel Destroys Sinsamut With Huge Body Shot

With a perfect 9-0 slate in ONE, you could travel back five years to find epic wins from reigning two-sport ONE World Champion Regian Eersel, but the more recent past offers up one of his finest. 

The Dutch-Surinamese striker – who defends the ONE Lightweight Muay Thai World Title against Dmitry Menshikov this week – eliminated any doubts about his rivalry with Sinsamut Klinmee following their tight first battle at ONE on Prime Video 3 in October 2022.

The pair rematched for the gold at ONE Friday Fights 9 in March, and this time, “The Immortal” got the decisive victory he wanted.

Sinsamut brought his usual heat in the early running, but Eersel once again proved his relentless conditioning cannot be matched. He turned up the dial on the challenger by going after the body in round three, setting up a spectacular finish. 

“The Immortal” went on the front foot in round four and continued to batter his foe’s midsection, before a final left hook to the liver sent “Aquaman” to the canvas. 

Sinsamut couldn’t even attempt to make the count, and Eersel got the KO win to solidify his position as the best lightweight striker in the world.

Ruotolo Takes Gold With Slick Heel Hook

Fresh off becoming the youngest ADCC World Champion in history, Kade Ruotolo looked to bolster his trophy cabinet with the inaugural ONE Lightweight Submission Grappling World Title.

The American faced Uali Kurzhev for the vacant strap in October 2022 and showed his level by making light work of the Russian.

While many thought the four-time Sambo World Champion would pose some difficult puzzles for the Atos representative, the reality was much different. 

Ruotolo got to his opponent’s back early and hunted for the rear-naked choke, with only Kurzhev’s solid defense and durability keeping him in the match. 

They briefly resumed on the feet, and the young American had the edge in the scrambles. Then, when Kurzhev rolled for a leg attack, he sealed his own fate. 

Ruotolo returned the favor and locked up an inside heel hook to force a hurried tap at 4:26, earning him a place in history as the first ONE Lightweight Submission Grappling World Champion. 

Following another win over Matheus Gabriel, the 20-year-old’s second defense will come against Norway’s Tommy Langaker this Friday. 

Superbon Knocks Out Kickboxing GOAT Petrosyan

Superbon Singha Mawynn had already taken some massive names before he signed with ONE Championship, but at ONE: FIRST STRIKE in October 2021, he got the biggest of them all.

The Thai superstar faced off against Giorgio Petrosyan for the inaugural ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Title, and the latter worked behind his trademark straight punches to good effect in round one.

However, Superbon was always testing with his kicks and knees, taking in the data as he went. 

Then in round two, he went to his kicks again, and Petrosyan fired back with boxing counters. This time, the Singha Mawynn representative had his timing down.

“The Doctor” countered a right body kick with a jab-cross, but Superbon immediately went high with the reply, landing his kick directly on Petrosyan’s chin and separating him from his senses for a massive World Title victory. 

After losing the belt to Chingiz Allazov in his last match, Superbon is eager to get back on the winning track against #5-ranked Tayfun Ozcan in Bangkok.

Holzken Debuts In Style

Nieky Holzken is another man who entered the world’s largest martial arts organization with a glittering resume, and he’s since added more impressive victories to his slate.

The Dutch legend will face German slugger Arian Sadikovic next, but he showed he can take out the biggest hitters when he dispatched Cosmo Alexandre at ONE: WARRIOR’S DREAM back in November 2018.

Fans couldn’t wait for “The Natural’s” debut, and he didn’t disappoint, going on the offensive early in round one. 

A left high kick put Alexandre down first, before a left hook sent the Brazilian to the canvas again, although he still looked to have his legs underneath him. 

In round two, Holzken continued to hammer his rival before unleashing a finishing salvo that could have come straight out of a video game. 

“The Natural” forced Alexandre back with a spinning kick, stepped in with a push kick, and then clubbed “Good Boy” with a hurtful right hand. With his opponent reeling, Holzken sealed the deal with a ripping right uppercut to the chin for the KO at 2:59.

Kwon Takes His Biggest Scalp With Stoppage Of Belingon

If there’s any man who’s guaranteed to come out swinging for the fences, it’s Kwon Won Il. 

The South Korean knockout artist has earned 10 of his 12 career victories by KO, with his December 2021 victory over Kevin Belingon at ONE: WINTER WARRIORS II arguably the best of them all.

“Pretty Boy” wanted to test himself against the division’s elite, and a matchup with the former ONE Bantamweight World Champion was the perfect chance to do that.

Some wondered how he’d deal with the step up against another powerful striker, but Kwon did not miss a beat. In fact, he pressured the Filipino so much that he forced him to shoot for takedowns in round one.

Then in round two, “Pretty Boy” found his shot. Belingon swung a big right hand, but Kwon ate it with ease and dipped to his left to uncork a wince-inducing left hook to the body. “The Silencer” went down in pain, and the South Korean earned a career-best victory just 52 seconds in. 

Now holding the #4 ranking at bantamweight, Kwon is entering a pivotal clash against #5-ranked Artem Belakh at the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium.
