The second Test match between West Indies and England ended in a draw at Kensington Oval, Barbados. Chasing a target of 282 in the post-lunch session on the final day, West Indies reached 135/5 in 65 overs. The series-deciding third and final Test at St George's, Grenada starts March 24. Day 5 Recap
England didn't declare their second innings until during the lunch break on Sunday, when it was 185/6 and led by 281 runs. That offered the West Indies 282 runs to win from 65 overs at more than four an over. That was no help to the England bowlers, and too steep for the batsmen to attack. The home side dug in on a pitch with little life in it and, after some early drama, held out for all 65 overs to finish on 135/5 at barely two runs per over.
Day 4 Recap
West Indies were all out for 411 in reply to England's first innings total of 507/9 decl. Captain Kraigg Brathwaite, who started the day on overnight 102, was out for 160. Joshua Da Silva scored 33 towards the end to steer West Indies past 400-mark. England were 40/0 in the second innings when bad light stopped play. England lead West Indies by 136 runs.
Day 3 Recap
Captain Kraigg Brathwaite and Jermaine Blackwood both slammed respective centuries as West Indies give a strong reply to England 507/9 decl. While Blackwood was out for 102, Brathwaite is still batting on 109. West Indies are 288/4 at the end of day.

West Indies reach 114/3 in 54 overs at lunch with captain Kraigg Brathwaite and Jermaine Blackwood unbeaten on 44 off 163 and 7 off 24 respectively. West Indies trail by 393 runs. Matthew Fisher, Jack Leach and Ben Stokes got one wicket each.

After England declared for 507/9, West Indies finished the Day at 71/1, still trailing by 436 runs. Skipper Kraigg Brathwaite is batting on 28. Shamarh Brooks is giving him company at 31. Matthew Fisher got the only West Indies wicket of John Campbell for 4.
Day 2 - Declaration
After contrasting centuries from Joe Root (153 off 316) and Ben Stokes (120 off 128) lost quick wickets. But the visitors still managed to cross the 500-run mark, thus allowing Joe Root to declare are 507/9. Left-arm spinner Veerasammy Permaul claimed three (3/126) wickets for the Windies.
Day 2 - Lunch
England have reached 369/3 in 116 runs at lunch on Day 2 with England captain Joe Root (151 off 311) and star all-rounder Ben Stokes (89 off 92) toying with West Indies bowlers. They were in an unbroken stand of 125 in just 157 balls.

After the initial setback of losing Zak Crawley for a duck, England have come a long way to end Day 1 at 244/3. Alex Lees got out for 30 but the partnership between Joe Root and Daniel Lawrence lifted the English spirits. Root is unbeaten on 119 (his 25th Test ton) while Lawrence was the last man to be dismissed for 91. The duo shared 164 runs for the third wicket. For West Indies, Jason Holder, Jayden Seales and Veerasammy Permaul took a wicket apiece.
