The Delhi High Court granted bail to Pinjra Tod member Devangana Kalita in a northeast Delhi violence case, but she will not be released as she hasn’t got bail in three more cases. In UP, Dr Kafeel Khan—who was in jail since January for a speech during the anti-CAA protests—was released.
