Bihar Museum Is A Gateway To Its History And Contemporary Art, Says Anjani Kumar Singh

At the Bihar Museum Biennale in Delhi, Director General - Bihar Museum says that the museum was conceived for two reasons - to showcase the history of Bihar and to create a museum of international standards that reflected the contemporary history of Bihar and India.

"We wanted to create an experiential museum. The Bihar Museum Biennale is in its second edition. We have brought foreign museums to showcase their work, we are inviting G20 artists to create a dialogue about modern art. The idea is to create an inclusive and democratic space to discuss art and museums," he says.
