On Monday (August 14) night, host Salman Khan announced the winner of 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' during its grand finale. YouTuber Elvish Yadav lifted the trophy of 'Bigg Boss OTT Season 2' and he also got a cash prize of Rs 25 lakh. Abhishek Malhan was declared the runner-up. Pooja Bhatt, Manisha Rani, and Bebika Dhurve were the other finalists of the reality show.
After winning the trophy, Elvish Yadav said that he learnt patience from the 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' house. He added, "This especially happened when we used to wait for tasks. I would just sit and wait for Bigg Boss to announce the task. That waiting period was very challenging. I will take that with me in life.”
Taking to his Instagram handle, Yadav thanked his fans as he wrote on his Instagram Story, "Thankyou #ElvishArmy. It's your win, it always had been since the start. Elvish Yadav is nothing without you all. I have said it a lot of times, I am saying it again. I don't deserve this much love, but you guys give me more and more. Can't thank you all enough for everything. Lo le aaya tumhari trophy. This trophy belongs to #ElvishArmy. Sab tumhara hai, mai bhi tumhara hun. Mere sath rehna bass hmesha. Aur words ni hai express karne ke liye, bass samajh jaao tum ho toh mai hu. Kardiya na systummm hang?"
Besides the five finalists, Akanksha Puri, Cyrus Broacha, Jad Hadid, Aaliya Siddiqui, Avinash Sachdev, Aashika Bhatia, Puneet Superstar, Falaq Naaz, Palak Purswani and Jiya Shankar were also part of 'Bigg Boss OTT 2'.
