Television actress Aparna Kanekar, of 'Saath Nibhana Saathiya' fame, breathed her last at 83. She played Janaki Baa Modi in the show. One of the co-stars Lovey Sasan penned a heartfelt eulogy for her.
Lovey who played the role of Paridhi on the show, took to her Instagram handle to mourn Aparna Kanekar's demise. She called Kanekar a ‘true warrior’. She also recalled the 'unforgettable times' they shared.
Lovey shared a pic with Aparna and wrote, “My heart is very heavy today as I learned the passing of someone very dear to me & a true warrior. Baa, you were one of the most beautiful strongest individuals I know inside and out. I am truly blessed for the unforgettable times we were able to share on set and the once-in-lifetime connections we made. Rest in peace my cutie Baa. You are so loved and so so missed. Your legacy will live on.”
In 2011, Aparna Kanekar replaced Jyotsana Kareykar in 'Saath Nibhana Saathiya'. She played the role for five years. Other TV celebs like Bhavini Purohit, Tanya Sharma and Vandana Vittlanee among others also paid their respects to the actress.
