Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's film 'Tiger 3' hit the theatres on Sunday (November 12) on the occasion of Diwali. Though it opened to great numbers at the box office, after Day 3, the collection saw a drop. The World Cup matches in between also affected 'Tiger 3's box office collection. Day 9, the second Monday collection was also dull as it earned only Rs 7.35 crore as per Sacnilk.
It was predicted by trade experts that the spy thriller would witness a dip in numbers at the end of last week due to the ICC World Cup final on Sunday and the semi-finals before that.
'Tiger 3' collected Rs 7.35 crore net on its ninth day for all languages at the domestic market. So the total collection of the film stands at Rs 237.25 crore.

As per YRF, the gross box office collection (GBOC) in India stands at Rs 290 crore while the net collection is Rs 238.10 crore. While the total collection is Rs 388 crore (GBOC).
'Tiger 3' is the third film in the 'Tiger' franchise and the fifth film in the Yash Raj Spy Universe which also includes films like 'Pathaan' and 'War'.
It also stars Emraan Hashmi, Simran and Revathy in pivotal roles. 'Tiger 3' is directed by Maneesh Sharma.
It will be crucial for the Salman Khan starrer in the coming days as the next big release 'Animal' starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandana, is releasing on December 1.
