Aamir Khan has produced some of the best movies under his production. Reportedly, Mr Perfectionist will produce former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh's biopic. Yes, you read it right! As per a report in Filmfare, Khan acquired the life rights of Yuvraj Singh. The portal states that the biopic will chronicle the life and journey of Singh.
Yuvraj Singh has gone through a lot in his life. Being diagnosed with a cancerous tumour shortly after the World Cup victory in 2011 and battling cancer over adversity, is an inspiration to many. Aamir Khan who is known for making some of the great stories is set to helm the biopic.
The report also states that the biopic will be a tribute to ''resilience, determination, and the undying spirit of a true champion''.
An official announcement regarding the same will be made soon. We are excited to see who will play Yuvraj Singh in the biopic.
Recently, the 'Laal Singh Chaddha' actor announced his next project as a producer. The Aamir Khan Productions will bankroll Raj Kumar Santoshi's next, titled 'Lahore 1947' that will star Sunny Deol as lead.
Aamir took to the Instagram account of his production company and wrote “I, and the entire team at AKP, are most excited and happy to announce our next, starring Sunny Deol, directed by Raj Kumar Santoshi, titled Lahore, 1947. We look forward to collaborating with the immensely talented Sunny, and one of my favourite directors Raj Santoshi. The journey we have embarked on promises to be most enriching. We seek your blessings''.
Also, he announced his upcoming film titled 'Sitare Zameen Par' which is on a similar theme to 'Taare Zameen Par'.
