Adam Driver, who is best known for his role as Kylo Ren in the ‘Star Wars’ franchise, has made some startling revelations about his appearance in the superhit franchise. He revealed that he won’t be returning to reprise his role in future movies.

Speaking on the SmartLess podcast, Adam Driver cleared the air about his role. He revealed that he will not be appearing in the future films of the ‘Star Wars’ franchise. He was asked about his potential return as Kylo Ren to the movie. The actor had a clear and firm response. He said, “They’re doing stuff, but not with me. I’m not doing anymore.”

The host asked him if he was done with ‘Star Wars’ because of his character’s journey. The host asked, “You’re done because the character’s done?” To which Adam Driver replied affirmatively.

Adam Driver had spoken about his character earlier on The Rich Eisen Show. The actor said, “This character was the most confused and vulnerable, and by the end of the three movies, he would be the most committed to the dark side... The last one, it changed into being, you know, about them and the dyad, and things like that. And evolving into Ben Solo. That was never a part of it. He was Ben Solo from the beginning, but there was never a version where we’d see Ben Solo when I first signed up for it.”

The next ‘Star Wars’ film will be directed by Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy. Daisy Ridley is set to return to the movie that follows the events after ‘The Rise of Skywalker.’
