On Saturday, October 14, the 141st International Olympic Committee Session (IOC) was held at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai. Several Bollywood celebrities and sportspersons attended the event. Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Neeraj Chopra, Bajrang Punia, Abhinav Bindra, and Leander Peas among others graced it. The pics and videos from the inauguration function have gone viral on social media.

Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir and Alia arrived together and complemented each other as they wore colour-coordinated outfits. Both were in traditional attires. Alia looked stunning in a navy blue kurta-palazzo set. She tied her hair in a neat bun and completed her look with a pair of heavy earrings and a bindi on her forehead. Ranbir was in a bandhgala paired with a white churidar. They were all smiles as they posed for the pics outside NMACC.

Deepika Padukone

Deepika as usual turned heads with her sartorial choice. She was in a Western outfit as she donned a checkered grey pantsuit with a black top. The 'Pathaan' actress opted for side-parted hair and tied it in a bun. She completed her look with a pair of black heels and a white handbag.

Meanwhile, a source told India Today that Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone will grace the new season of 'Koffee with Karan'. They have already shot for Season 8 at YRF studio, in Mumbai.

Coming back to the IOC, it is the second time the event was held in India after the New Delhi session in 1983. The session is the decision-making body of the Olympic movement and it discusses the key activities of the global Olympics movement. On October 14, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 141st International Olympic Committee (IOC) Session at the Jio World Centre.
