It would not be wrong to say that Alia Bhatt is one of the most popular and successful actresses in the Indian film industry. She is soon heading to Hollywood too with ‘Heart of Stone’ alongside Gal Gadot, and recently, she will be making her debut at the prestigious Met Gala too.
Now if recent reports are to be believed, the actress has bought a premium residential apartment in the plush locality of Pali Hill in Mumbai. She has invested in the properties through her production house Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd. She has also paid an amount of Rs 37.80 crore for a 2,497 square feet apartment in Bandra West.
As per reports, she bought multiple homes in Bandra in April, and paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore. The new address of hers would be Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill.
Not just that, the actress has also gifted two apartments in Mumbai to her sister Shaheen Bhatt worth Rs 7.68 crore. Through a Prize Certificate, Alia purchased these two flats totalling 2,086.75 sq ft in Gigi Apartments in Juhu, Mumbai, and for them, she paid the stamp duty of Rs 30.75 lakh.
Meanwhile, Alia and her husband Ranbir are now overlooking the construction site of their Krishna Raj Bungalow, which is their eight-storey dream home.
On the work front, she will next be seen next in Karan Johar's directorial ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ alongside Ranveer Singh. She also has her Hollywood debut with ‘The Heart Of Stone’, opposite Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan. Alia also has Farhan Akhtar's ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ with Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif in the pipeline.
