I love Amit ji because he has proven that "Buddha Hoga Tera Baap" isn’t just a phrase. At the age of 70, his energy levels can outshine people half his age. He’s not just a superstar or a super actor; he’s also supremely humble and humane. He’s adored by millions, yet he remains grounded. He takes his responsibilities seriously and is an industry in himself. You don’t have to search far to learn valuable lessons from him. I have a special fondness for his movies Don and Zanjeer because of his outstanding performance. From his dialogues to his action sequences, he embodied the angry young man character perfectly. He was righteous, charismatic, brooding, charming, and incredibly powerful. He redefined the image of a ‘hero,’ and watching his films was a lot of fun. Big B’s stature was much higher than his peers, and even today, no one can match his level of distinction.

Amitabh Bachchan is an inspiration to millions. He’s the God of Hindi film industry. I admire him for his dedication and discipline towards work. That’s something we all should learn from him and also being an veteran actor, he has evolved himself with time, be it anything from choice of roles to connecting with fans on social media platform he’s always up for it. And that too at the age of 81. He knows no retirement. And that’s how it should be, for him, work is worship. He has done more than 200 films, so it’s difficult to pick one as favourite… But if I could, it would be Zanjeer because we got our first angry young man hero and Cheeni Kam for playing an unconventional romantic hero.

As for his films, Cheeni Kum, Shamitabh, and Piku are my favourites. Piku resonates deeply as it portrays the dynamics of ageing parents and their children. Shamitabh showcases his brilliant talent even as a drunken character. Salute to these incredible movies.

Mr. Amitabh Bachchan is turning 81, and I wish him the healthiest and longest life possible. We are fortunate, and the entire country is fortunate to have him. There is no one like him in this lifetime, and I don’t think there is anyone else like him. There is only one Amitabh Bachchan, and he will always remain unique. I have been watching his films since childhood, and I have witnessed his entire journey from the beginning, from his struggles in the early days to reaching the pinnacle of success, and then facing more challenges before making a comeback. Until today, his journey is something we all need to learn from, not just as an actor but also as a human being. Despite the physically demanding nature of his profession, he has maintained his physical health. The way he works in such a physically demanding field is something else. I feel that I am nobody to comment on his work; he is a great person and a tremendous artist. I have watched all of his films, but my favorite ones are those where his comic timing is impeccable. All of his comedy movies like ‘Hera Pheri,’ ‘Do Aur Do Paanch,’ ‘Satte Pe Satta,’ and even ‘Chupke Chupke’ are my absolute favorites. Oh my God, I love all those movies of his.
Here’s wishing him a very happy birthday.
