Brijesh Tripathi Dies: ‘Gupt’, ‘No Entry’ And ‘Mohra’ Fame Actor Passes Away After Suffering A Major Heart Attack

Brijesh Tripathi, who was a popular actor in Bhojpuri and in Hindi cinema has passed away after suffering from a massive heart attack. The actor’s family lives in Mumbai.

Brijesh Tripathi, one of the most popular actors in Bhojpuri cinema, died earlier today after having suffered a major heart attack. The veteran actor was not only famous in Bhojpuri cinema but also kept doing roles in varied Hindi films and shows throughout his career spanning over 46 years. He had even done quite a few films in other regional languages as well. He had worked in over 250 films spanning all languages. Brijesh Tripathi’s death has sent forth a wave of mourning all over the film industry.

It is being reported that he was suffering from Dengue and had been admitted to a hospital in Meerut where his condition deteriorated, which led to his sudden heart attack. His entire family lives in Mumbai, as per reports.

While Brijesh Tripathi was doing smaller character roles in other languages and Hindi, it was after the massive success of his Bhojpuri film ‘Om’ that he was catapulted to worldwide fame. Soon enough, he was working with some of the biggest names in the Bhojpuri film industry including Pawan Singh, Dinesh Lal Yadav and Ravi Kishan.

He had impressed audiences with his acting skills. The detailing which he brought to the characters was praiseworthy. It was because of his attention towards getting the nuances of the character right that people remembered his characters. While many think that he was primarily playing a negative character, but he had done some really popular character roles.

For the Hindi audience, he can be recalled having worked in films like ‘Mohra’, ‘Gupt’ and ‘No Entry’. All the films were massive successes and people from all over the world appreciated the performance of the lead actors as well as the supporting actors.
