British rock band, Bring Me The Horizon, has parted ways with their keyboardist – Jordan Fish. The band took to their social media account to make this announcement public.
Taking to their X (formerly, Twitter) account, Bring Me To The Horizon wished Jordan Fish good luck. They mentioned that after this split, the current band members are working on their new project – Next Gen. They added that their tour, however, stands uncancelled. They wrote, “Bring Me The Horizon has decided to part ways with Jordan Fish. We want to thank him for the musical journey he took with us and wish him luck with everything in the future. Meanwhile we continue to work on Nex Gen, with brand new music coming very soon. See you on our UK tour in January.”
Fans left disappointed messages in the comments. Many commented how Jordan Fish had contributed a lot towards the growth of the band. Jordan was earlier missing from the band’s shows in Asia this year. The fans had not anticipated this change in the band. This message has left many heartbroken.
The keyboardist reposted the band’s statement on his X account. He said that he was grateful for having had the privilege to be a part of Bring Me The Horizon. He said, “I’m really grateful for my 11 years with the band, and extremely proud of all that we have achieved together. I look forward to hearing what they do next, and wish them every success in the future. I’m excited to start this next chapter in my career.”
The band is slated to tour the UK and Ireland in January 2024. The band has been nominated for many rock music awards and has won the Kerrang! Awards, Alternative Press Awards, and Heavy Music Awards.
