Popular television actress Chahatt Khanna, who has been missing from the screen for a while now is making her comeback to acting with the film 'Yaatris' that is releasing on October 6. Chahatt is known for her roles in television shows such as 'Kumkum: Ek Pyara Sa Bandhan', 'Bade Ache Lagte Hai' and 'Qubool Hai'. She was last seen in the Sanjay Dutt-starrer 'Prassthanam' in 2019.
Ahead of the release of her film, Garima Das of Outlook India had a conversation with Chahatt where she said that screen doesn't matter to her whether it's a television screen or OTT. However, she said she would return to television if she gets a good role. The actress also said that she misses being on the sets of television.
Chahatt added, "I am looking forward to doing TV shows if I get a suitable role. I will be more than happy to do television because that is my backbone. So, I don't want to differentiate in different sizes of screens. For me screen is screen and actors are actors whether it's a TV screen or OTT. There is not much difference".
Coming back to 'Yaatris', the film is directed by Harish Vyas and stars Raghubir Yadav, Seema Pahwa, Jamie Lever and Anuraag Malhan in key roles.
