Television couple, Gautam Rode and Pankhuri Awasthy, are on cloud nine as the couple has been blessed with twins. The two are now proud parents to a baby boy and a baby girl.
Gautam and Pankhury shared the happy news on Instagram with a joint statement. They had announced the news of their pregnancy by sharing an animated video on social media.
Finally July 26, Gautam and Pankhuri made the announcement that they had been blessed with twins. "Twice blessed. We have been blessed with a baby boy and a girl...Arrived...July 25. Hearts brimming with joy and gratitude, we joyously announce the start of our journey as a family of four! Thankful for all the love and blessings.Gautam and Pankhuri”
They captioned the post, "As we embrace this new chapter as a family of four, we are filled with heartfelt gratitude for the love and blessings showered upon us (sic)."
Talking about Pankhuri and Gautam’s love story, the couple met each other while working for the famous show, 'Suryaputra Karn'. While the actress played the role of Draupadi, Gautam played the lead, Karn. They started off as good friends and soon their friendship turned into love. They got married in 2018 in a fairytale wedding in Rajasthan. After almost 5 years, the couple announced their pregnancy in April 2023.
