The 81st Golden Globes Awards is set to take place on January 7 at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, USA. The award ceremony will be hosted by Jo Koy. Two new categories have been introduced this year - Cinematic and Box Office Achievement and Best Performance in Stand-Up Comedy on Television. However, the Cecil B. DeMille Award and the Carol Burnett Award have been scrapped for this year.
The nominations were announced in December. The 'Barbie' fever is still going strong. This Greta Gerwig directorial has nine nominations, along with 'Succession.' 'Oppenheimer' is following close with eight nominations.
The Indian audience can watch the Golden Globes on Lionsgate Play at 6:30 AM on January 8. As we wait for the winners, check out the full list of nominations here.
