Golden Globe-nominee Taylor Swift seemed to have quite a night at the Award show on Sunday.
After having a joke being cracked around her relationship to engaging in a now-viral chit-chat with her best friends to bagging a nomination, she experienced it all. She attended the show with her friend-actress Keleigh Sperry, instead of attending beau Travis Kelce's season finale game.

Taylor's concert film 'Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour' was in a rat-race in the category of Cinematic and Box Office Achievement, competing against many other blockbuster films. The film is about her record-breaking ongoing concert tour 'Eras Tour' which spans 2023–2024, in support of her discography.
In the end, Swift lost to Greta Gerwig-directorial 'Barbie' which has garnered over $1.4 billion. But Swift wasn't expressing disappointment; she was cheering for the cast and crew with much enthusiasm.
What was Jo Koy's joke all about?
As if her stunning appearance at the red carpet wasn't enough to let everyone know that she's here too, that host Jo Koy had to specifically highlight it too. He put spotlight on her after questioning her presence at the Awards since she's been regularly spotted at Travis Kelce's football games that take place weekly. Koy, who claims to have gotten the gig less than two weeks prior, joked about NFL's focus on Swift after football broadcasts.
"You know, we came on after a football doubleheader," he said. "The big difference between the Golden Globes and the NFL? On the Golden Globes, we have fewer camera shots of Taylor Swift. I swear. There's just more to go to here. Sorry about that." The camera showed Swift sipping her drink with a deadpan look as Koy finished his punchline.
Koy later revealed to Entertainment Tonight that the joke was supposed to be "cute," adding, "I was just saying it's less cutaways, that's all."

A video went viral from the star-studded night, wherein you see besties Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift and Keleigh Sperry seemingly gossiping about Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner during one of the commercial breaks. While a lip reader confirmed that Gomez was spotted saying "He didn’t want a picture with me. He said no," a source has revealed that Gomez wasn't talking about the 'Wonka' actor. More so, it's Taylor's reactions that has left everyone curious. Even ETOnline wrote, "Selena Gomez whispering to a shocked Taylor Swift at Golden Globes is all fans can think about all day."
