According to numerous reports, supermodel Kendall Jenner and Grammy-winning rapper Bad Bunny have put an end to their relationship following a whirlwind romance that intrigued fans for almost a year. Dating rumours about the two started back in February, when they were spotted on a double date with celebrity couple Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber, and after that, the couple made appearances at basketball games, ad campaigns, fashion shows, and music festivals.
The glimpses of the two displaying affection publicly at these events took over social media. However, sources close to the couple have stated differing lifestyles and hectic schedules as the main factors behind their split, although nothing has been officially confirmed yet. It has only been stated that the two “have crazy busy schedules and know they’re still young and have a lot more to experience individually before settling down.”
According to a source who spoke to Entertainment Tonight, “The two have been doing their own things lately and things slowly started to fizzle out between them.” They further added, “They both knew going into this, that it likely wouldn’t be a forever type of relationship and that was mutually understood from the get-go.”
The 29-year-old Puerto Rican rapper, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, and the 28-year-old model were last seen at the Saturday Night Live afterparty in October. The couple looked comfortable and cozy and were just having fun themselves.
Earlier in the year, a source told PEOPLE that they were introduced by some mutuals after the rapper moved to Los Angeles. "Kendall recently started hanging out with him," the source said. "She likes him and is having fun.” Their romance eventually heated up as months went by. They were spotted horseback riding together and cozying up to each other at Coachella as well. After enjoying a summer vacation together in Idaho, a source told PEOPLE, “They definitely seem in love, and super serious.” In September, the pair was spotted in the front row at Milan Fashion Week, looking classy and relaxed.
On November 14, Jenner took to Instagram to post a gorgeous sunset picture, hinting towards a potential breakup with the star, with the caption saying: "what’s meant for me, will simply find me."
The pair, often labeled as a "hush hush" couple, chose to not reveal their relationship much and tried to maintain extreme privacy and rarely discussed about it. In October, Bad Bunny revealed to Vanity Fair that “they don’t know how you feel, they don’t know how you live, they don’t know anything, and I really don’t want them to know.”
