Matthew Perry, best known for playing the wisecracking Chandler Bing in the popular show, 'Friends', was found dead in a hot tub on October 28 at his residence in Los Angeles. It is reported that he died due to accidental drowning as there are no signs of foul play as per the investigation. To everyone's surprise, Perry's last Instagram post was a picture of him relaxing in a hot tub.
In the post, the 54-year-old actor was seen chilling in the water with headphones on. He shared the picture on Instagram on October 23.
Perry captioned his post, "Oh, so warm water swirling around makes you feel good? I'm Mattman''.
As per reports, Matthew passed away after returning to his home following a two-hour pickleball game. TMZ report stated that he had sent his assistant on an errand, and on his return two hours later, they discovered the actor was lying unresponsive in the jacuzzi. Police were informed immediately.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department informed that officers were sent to Perry's residence in response to the call regarding the death of a male in his 50s. At that time, the identity of the deceased was not confirmed by the police.
Matthew's death has sent shockwaves to the entire world. Several Bollywood and Hollywood stars have mourned his demise.
