“The beautiful gown you can see above is magnificently designed by Ashfaque Ahmed. I had walked for Ashfaque as a Showstopper in 2019 and since then he's been a friend and we as artists like to empower each other professionally,” says Nehal Chudasama.
Speaking about her favourite Indian designer, she mentions, “Since I started my journey and wore her at The Miss Universe Pageant to Represent India Designer Saisha Shinde has been my absolute favourite. Not just that, what makes our relationship even special is that she chose me to open for her Lakme fashion week debut after her transformation as Saisha from Swapnil. Which made a mark in the history of Indian Fashion industry as she made a statement of No Celebrity Showstopper but Experienced Models.”
The actress also spoke about the importance of feeling comfortable and confident in what you wear as a character. “I think that confidence and comfort are the key elements to looking good in anything you wear,” she says. “Our Stylist/Designer Shivani Shirali really did an impeccable job by giving my character ‘Shanaya’ such amazing silhouette and dressed that it helped me enhance my performance furthermore. It was such an amazing feeling to be wearing such well-designed clothes and still feel quite comfortable throughout the shoot.”
