Actor-producer Salim Khan is currently celebrating his son Arbaaz Khan's wedding to Sshura Khan. He went on to reveal to News18 that his son did not have lengthy conversations about his marriage with him. But, he is at peace with the decision Arbaaz has made.

"They decided to get married. Mere hisaab se, yeh koi gunaah nahi hai (according to me, it is not a crime). I am happy for him and I have given my blessings to the bride and the groom," he said.

When questioned about whether there were any talks of marriage at home, Salim added, "I don’t think there was any need for a discussion. He is young, educated, and mature and can make his own decisions. There is no need for my permission. If he is happy then nothing else matters. He just mentioned that he was going to get married and I said that’s fine. I also feel that it’s better not to interfere in anyone’s life as it causes problems.”

Arbaaz Khan was previously married to Malaika Arora in 1998, but they officially separated in 2017. However, they continue to co-parent their son, Arhaan Khan. Arbaaz started dating Sshura, a makeup artist who has worked with the likes of Raveena Tandon, Rasha Thadani, and others, following his breakup with Giorgia Andriani earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Arbaaz and Sshura's nikkah ceremony took place at Arpita Khan Sharma's residence in Mumbai in the presence of close family and friends. The couple shared pictures from their wedding on social media on Christmas morning.
