Actor Sheezan Khan is confirmed to be one of the contestants on ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 13’. The Rohit Shetty hosted show will soon go on the floors in South Africa. Sheezan, who is out on bail in Tunisha Sharma suicide case, requested the court to allow him to travel for the show, and on Wednesday, the Vasai court granted him the required permission.

His lawyer Shailendra Mishra told Indian Express, “We are grateful to the court, as our application has been allowed and Sheezan Khan has been permitted to travel abroad for Khatron Ke Khiladi. I was surprised by the submissions made by the prosecution as their reply and argument supported our case, and their attempt to mislead the court was also thwarted at the threshold.”

For the unversed, Sheezan Khan was arrested on December 25 in the case of abetment of the suicide of his girlfriend and co-star Tunisha Sharma. After 70 days, he was granted bail. After Tunisha’s death and Sheezan’s arrest, their show ‘Ali Baba’ got Abhishek Nigam and Manul Chudasama replaced as the leads.

Apart from Sheezan, other contestants of the show include ‘Bigg Boss 16’ fame Shiv Thakare and Archana Gautam, ‘Kundali Bhagya’ actor Anjum Fakih, ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ actors Ruhi Chaturvedi and Arjit Taneja, ‘Dhai Kilo Prem’ fame Anjali Anand, Nyrraa M Banerji and former ‘Roadies’ winner Soundous Moufakir.

The shoot of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 13’ will start in May in a foreign locale.
