Vicky's father, Sham Kaushal was a popular action director and in many interviews, Vicky has spoken about his father. In a recent interview, the actor revealed how his father cried in front of him and his family when he was humiliated on the set.
In an interview with We Are Yuvaa, Vicky said that his parents made him and his brother Sunny Kaushal strong as they never hid anything from them. He recalled how his father had cried in front of them when he was humiliated on the set. Vicky also said that his father used to cry in front of his mom and used to tell him about it.
He added, “My mom would also tell us that your dad cried when his seniors scolded him in front of everyone on set when he was just a stuntman.”
The 'Sardar Udham' actor also said that his parents made sure that nothing was hidden from them so that they could be emotionally strong.
"My dad made sure that you grow to be strong individuals. You know how to fight things when they are not in favour. Most of the time they are against you. That’s how life is," he said further.
On the professional front, Vicky Kaushal was last seen in 'Zara Hatke Zara Bachke' opposite Sara Ali Khan. He has 'Sam Bahadur', a biopic of Sam Manekshaw and 'The Great Indian Family' in his kitty.
