Actress Janhvi Kapoor often visits temples, especially at Tirumala temple in Tirupati and offers prayers. A video has surfaced online where she can be seen visiting Tirupati Balaji temple in Andhra Pradesh with her rumoured boyfriend Shikhar Pahariya. In the video that has gone viral on social media, Janhvi was seen offering prayers at the temple with Shikhar.
She was seen in a purple saree and completed her look with pearl earrings and diamond bangles while Shikhar wore a traditional attire. Both were seen bowing down as they sought blessings together.
This is not the first time the 'Dhadak' actress visited the temple with Shikhar. In December 2022, she and her sister Khushi Kapoor along with Shikhar were spotted in Tirupati.
Janhvi had earlier shared that her mother, Sridevi, used to visit the temple on her birthday. In an interview with Prabhat Khabar, she said, “I take the script of each of my films to Tirupati. When she worked, mom used to visit the temple on her birthday every year. But, that stopped after her marriage. An inner voice told me to visit the temple on her birthday and I started going there on her birthdays. Now, the new year has also been added to that list.”
Talking about Janhvi and Shikhar's rumoured relationship, they are often spotted together at parties and other events. But they are yet to comment on their relationship status. For the unversed, Shikhar is the grandson of former Maharashtra chief minister Sushil Kumar Shinde.
On the professional front, Janhvi Kapoor was last seen in 'Bawaal' opposite Varun Dhawan. She will next be seen in the film 'Mr and Mrs Mahi' with Rajkummar Rao.
