Watch: Ahead Of ‘Fighter’ Release, Deepika Padukone Seeks Blessings At Tirumala Temple With Sister Anisha

Deepika Padukone and her sister Anisha Padukone paid a visit to the Tirumala temple in Andhra Pradesh last night. A video of the two seeking blessings at the temple has been posted online, and it has now gone viral. Deepika Padukone is awaiting the release of her upcoming action thriller ‘Fighter’. On Thursday night, she reached Tirumala temple to seek the blessings of Lord Venkateswara and was dressed in a black co-ord set. Check out the video:

Reportedly, Deepika will also offer prayers at Sri Venkateswara Swami Temple on Friday morning.

Meanwhile, Deepika film Fighter’s first song, titled ‘Sher Khul Gaye’ will also be unveiled on December 15. The actress shared a teaser on Instagram, on Thursday evening, and captioned it as, “Let’s get the party started! #SherKhulGaye Song Out Tomorrow!” Reacting to the song teaser, Deepika’s actor-husband Ranveer Singh commented, "yehessss! Can’t wait !”

According to the teaser, the song ‘Sher Khul Gaye’ features Hrithik Roshan and Deepika in a party mood, and they would be seen showcasing some fun moves on the dance floor.

Recently, the makers of ‘Fighter’ also unveiled the official teaser and it received a massive response from the fans. The 1 minute 14-second teaser stars Hrithik as Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania aka Patty, Deepika as Squadron Leader Minal Rathore aka Minni, and Anil as Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh aka Rocky. 

Apart from the teaser, the makers of the film have also been sharing the look posters of the film stars. Helmed by Siddharth Anand, the film’s ensemble cast includes Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor in the lead roles. Akshay Oberoi and Karan Singh Grover are also a part of the film.

It will release in theatres ahead of Republic Day next year, on January 25, 2024.
