Hyundai has launched the Venue with prices ranging between Rs 6.50 lakh and Rs 11.10 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). It is available in a choice of five variants (E, S, SX, SX+, SX(O)) and three engine options -- one diesel and two petrol engines. If you are eyeing a diesel-powered Hyundai Venue you might want to compare it against the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza to find out whether it offers more value than the Suzuki or not. So we place the Maruti SUV against the new Hyundai to find out which one offers better value for your money variant-by-variant.
Detailed Prices (ex-showroom Delhi)
For a fair comparison, we will be comparing the variants of each of these SUVs priced no more than the Rs 50,000 difference.

Verdict
The Hyundai Venue might be pricier by Rs 25,000 but gets additional convenience features. The Vitara Brezza with its cheaper price tag misses out on significant features that cannot be fitted post purchase.
