During the announcement of its name, Mahindra released some pictures of the Marazzo revealing its dashboard, instrument cluster and the roof mounted AC unit. Now, in another set of images the carmaker has revealed some more details about the MPV's cabin layout and some other features.

The latest images show all three rows of seats in various positions to give us a fair idea of what to expect when the MPV goes on sale. The third row of the Marazzo can be folded down to make more space for your luggage too. All three rows get three-point seatbelts with adjustable headrests. However, if you are opting for the bench seats for the middle row, keep in mind that the middle seat only gets a fixed headrest and a lap belt. Also, there’s no headrest for the middle passenger in the third row.

The Mahindra Marazzo will also get built-in retractable blinds for the second row window. It’s a feature we’ve already seen on the Tata Hexa. Apart from that, all three rows get cup holders too. The upcoming MPV features the same tumble-down mechanism for access to the third row, just like the the Toyota Innova Crysta and the Maruti Ertiga.

The dashboard features a dual-tone black and beige theme along with silver highlights. The use of white star-shaped graphics on the large piano black panel breaks the monotony of the rather simple layout of the dash. The screen appears to be a size larger than the XUV500’s 7-inch unit and will feature capacitive touch buttons too.

Like the Mahindra XUV500, the Marazzo too will get a flush-fitting storage box integrated into the top of the dashboard. There’s a chunky handle for what seems to be the handbrake lever. The gear lever is placed fairly high right under the centre console. So it should be within easy reach for the driver. The front seats get individual armrests and the same are offered with the captain seats for the second row as well. Also, both front seats offer adjustable lumbar support too.

Slated to go on sale next month, the Mahindra Marazzo is likely to be placed in the price bracket of Rs 9.99 lakh – Rs 14.99 lakh. It will lock horns with the second-gen Maruti Ertiga, which too is expected to be launched around the same period. The top-spec variants of the Marazzo will also take on the lower variants of the Innova Crysta.
