Changing India is the theme of another foreign correspondent's work in progress: Edward Luce's account of India's changing political economy in the light of its future as one of the world's biggest, most populous countries. The Financial Times journalist hasn't yet decided on an Indian publisher for the book Doubleday and Little, Brown have signed him up for, but his biggest challenge is how to make his book relevant for Indian readers. "It's a bit of a square peg in a round hole but for me, it's more of a challenge how to write a book on India without excluding Indian readers."
