Housing: Infosys arranges loans for the purchase of house/site. It also provides assistance in terms of free legal opinion and assistance in registration and other formalities. Infosys has embarked on an ambitious project called HOMES 2000 aiming at providing sites and houses to employees at reasonable prices.
Investment: The company provides advice to employees on investment opportunities. All formalities are taken care of by the Investment Cell which includes interacting with banks and others.
Tax Planning: Employees are counselled on personal tax planning and helped to file returns without having to go to the Income Tax office. Income Tax officials have even come to the company for delivering assessment and refund orders.
Vehicle Loans: Loans from banks and other financial institutions are arranged for the purchase of two and four-wheelers.
Personal Travel: Booking of personal tickets and reservation of hotel accommodation is undertaken for the employees.
Credit Cards: The company has made arrangement for employees to avail credit cards at concessional rates without involving cumbersome procedures.
Medical: The company will shortly introduce a scheme wherein employees can avail medical facilities on priority and at reasonable rates in Bangalore’s reputed hospitals.
Personal Mail: Infosys also handles personal mail of employees for which an exclusive post box has been installed at the Electronics City post office.
Personal Counselling: Personal counselling services are arranged for employees when the need arises.
Others: Infosys provides assistance to employees in bank transactions, getting school admissions for children, creche facilities.
