Were these the only two Australian players approached by the Indian bookie, or were there three, as journalist Peter Roebuck has hinted at? If so, who's the other one? Is the ACB hiding the third player?
- The Indian bookie was staying in the same Colombo hotel as Warne and Waugh. Why did he pay US $11,200 (Rs 350,000) for information which he could have gathered by merely peeping out of his window?

Why is there no mention about Waugh and Warne being fined by the Australian Cricket Board in the ACB's minutes? Why did only two ACB officials know of the scandal?
Why did not the International Cricket Council (ICC) which was informed by ACB not make the issue public if its intention is to prevent wrongdoing in cricket?
Why did not ACB official Malcolm Speed, who accompanied Waugh and Warne when they deposed before the Pakistani judge probing the match-fixing controversy, reveal that the duo had been penalised for their sin?
