I don’t take interest money. I need to work for money. Money that I have wrestled for, boxed for, run for, made a painting for—I like that money.

Management style should suit Indianculture. Transplanting Americanmanagement theories and work culturesin India simply doesnot work.

I should not lose money in any business, I should make enough money so that I am in a position of choice.

My business should be a bit different from what others are doing. If I find that everyone is opening a toy store,

I would like to open a toy store with one special toy which nobody has.

If I start a business employing a lot of people, the end result, regardless of whether it made money or not, should be that all those people involved should be happy that they gave it a shot.
