As the bike I ride
To avoid honking I decide
A challenge indeed
As honking is now more than just a need

As I consciously honk honk....no more
Such moments in my understanding of self open new doors

Honking an invisible extension of my presence
Recognising and acknowledging the honkers presence...of honking the essence

Angry honks
Screaming honks
Let me pass first honks
Don't you see me honks
Listen to me honks
Seeking attention honks
Smug honks
Happy honks

No honking...let me be more aware
I acknowledge others presence and thus to pause or stop now I am more prepared

No more, by honking i am throwing  my emotions at others
Now I use a simple satisfied smile to share with my fellow road travellers

Just a smile and nod of acceptance
No more honking
No more cursing
No more cussing
No more fussing
