‘The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes,’ a brand-new prequel to The Hunger Games series is scheduled to hit theaters on November 17 2023, eight years after the series' finale. The prequel cast seems to be every bit as impressive as the stars of the original flicks.
Here are the characters and actors who played the roles:

Coriolanus Snow
Tom Blyth is one of the lead actors in The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. He  plays a young Coriolanus Snow. He is also a mentor for the upcoming 10th Hunger Games, and he will eventually take over as leader of Panem.

Lucy Gray Baird
Played by Rachel Zegler, Lucy Gray Baird is chosen as District 12's female tribute. She forms a significant bond with Coriolanus Snow and  happens to be a member of the Covey, a nomadic group of musicians. Lucy and Snow forge a deep connection, leading Snow to contemplate the possibility of leaving the Capitol behind in order to join Lucy and her group.

Casca Highbottom
Casca Highbottom is a prestigious Academy Dean in the Hunger Games universe. Although Dr. Gaul takes credit for adding the brutal features to the Hunger Games, Casca High Bottom is largely acknowledged as the brains behind the entire plan. Peter Dinklage, who previously showed his acting talent in "Cyrano," will play Dean Highbottom in the prequel.

Tigris Snow
The mysterious character known as Tigris is expected to be portrayed by the Euphoria actor Hunter Schafer. She has a tiger-like look, complete with whiskers and distinguishing stripes. Tigris, who is revealed in this prequel to be Snow's cousin, is said to be a close relative of Snow. Snow and Tigris are dealing with the challenges of living with their grandmother after losing their parents in the war.

Lucretius Flickerman
The famed host and forerunner of Caesar Flickerman, who would later preside over succeeding Hunger Games, Lucretius Flickerman serves as the television host at the 10th Hunger Games. The role is played by Jason Schwartzman.

Dr. Volumnia Gaul
Viola Davis Alters plays Dr. Volumnia Gaul in the upcoming prequel to The Hunger Games. Even though Dr. Gaul may not have been the one to start The Hunger Games, she plays a crucial part in directing them in a more harsh and ruthless direction. She uses her diplomatic abilities to persuade Coriolanus Snow that violence is deeply ingrained in human nature.

Sejanus Plinth
Sejanus Plinth is portrayed as a resident of the Capitol in the prequel who formerly served as a mentor for the male tribute from District 2 during the 10th Hunger Games. Sejanus establishes an intense and enduring bond with Snow while serving as a mentor.

The literary characters Lucy Grey Baird and Coriolanus Snow, played by Rachel Zegler and Tom Blyth, respectively, are introduced to viewers in the trailer of the movie itself. Additionally, the supporting ensemble of well-known actors like Viola Davis, Peter Dinklage, and Jason Schwartzman are also present.
