t’s been a year since Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady’s divorce. One of the reasons for their divorce was the return of Tom Brady to the National Football League. Gisele opened up about her health, kids, and her parents in a recent interview with People.
She said “It’s been very tough on my family. It’s been a lot — in every area of my life.” Her divorce from Tom Brady was quite hard on her as she was dealing with her ailing parents at that time. In her interview, she mentioned her parents were not in their best health however she did not say much about them.
Times have been hard on her, but Gisele is trying to keep everything balanced around her. She said, “With all the different twists and turns that life takes, all we can do is the best we can give what happens in our surroundings.”
Even though Gisele is 43, she is one of the fittest people around. After facing a tough time in her life, she started focusing on herself and her kids. She started practicing yoga and weights. She also started meditating which helped her a lot through these tough times. Gisele incorporated herself into proper nutrition and has curated a cookbook, “Nourish”. She even quit alcohol to get healthier and be more present.
Having a healthy and balanced life with her kids, Gisele has recently joined Gaia Herbs as their Wellness Ambassador, sharing tips to incorporate organic and herbal remedies into our busy lifestyle. She said, ”Sometimes, we can get so disconnected from our bodies because we are running away from ourselves, so we just keep adding more things for us to do,” she says. “Give me anything to eat, give me anything to drink. You're just in this mode. I feel like whenever you can bring yourself back into feeling your body and just being present, it’s great. You're kind of in your body and you're really present. You're breathing, you're connecting.”
Gisele moved to Miami, post the divorce with her kids, and started homeschooling her son Ben, who is 13, and her daughter Vivian who is 10- years old. She is living a beautiful life with her kids, as they grow and build their own interests and hobbies.
