The Dallas Cowboys' efforts to build on their previous success at AT&T Stadium began with a 30-10 win in front of over 90,000 fans. Last season, Dallas went 8-1 at home, its best record since Jerry's World opened in 2009.

The Jets' defense bent but did not break in Dallas on Sunday, allowing Zach Wilson and the offense to keep the game competitive. New York rallied from a Cowboys score on the first drive and primarily held Dallas to field goals throughout the final three quarters, giving Wilson every opportunity to keep the team in the game. Aside from Garrett Wilson's 68-yard score, the Jets offense fell short. The Cowboys won 30-10, giving them back-to-back New York blowouts to start the season.

Micah Parsons dominated the game in the way that only a defensive player can, with two sacks, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery, and four quarterback hits. If he finds himself in that conversation later in the season, the third-year standout will have plenty of highlights from Sunday's victory to draw from.

One of the Cowboys' major doubts following their 40-0 thumping of the Giants in Week 1 was a weak passing game, but those questions were answered on Sunday. Dak Prescott went 31-of-38 for 255 yards and two touchdowns against a stingy Jets defense, mostly targeting CeeDee Lamb with Brandin Cooks out. Lamb finished the game with 143 yards on 11 catches.

After losing Aaron Rodgers in Week 1, Jets coach Robert Saleh swore not to modify the Jets' expectations, but Sunday's setback demonstrated why that is not practical. Wilson couldn't connect together solid drives even when the defense offered him chances. In the second half, he was intercepted three times.  Wilson finished with 170 yards on 12 of 27 attempts.

The Dallas Cowboys will travel to Arizona as heavy favorites to improve to 3-0.
