The Goa Police on Thursday said a note written on a tissue paper has been found from the belongings recovered from Suchana Seth, the Bengaluru CEO who allegedly killed her four-year-old son in a Goa apartment and later attempted suicide there.

The letter, written by an eyeliner, reads "I cannot tolerate the court's order for my husband to meet my son," an indiatoday.in report said.

The note reportedly was found in the bag in which Suchana Seth kept her son's body. Police said, in the note, Suchana wrote about her distress over the court order that allowed her estranged husband to meet their son.

Suchana Seth, CEO of a Bengaluru-based start-up, is accused of killing her four-year-old son in North Goa on Monday, January 8. Suchana Seth was caught in Karnataka's Chitradurga district on Monday night when she was travelling in a taxi, carrying her son's body in a luggage bag.

While police said the motive of the crime would be ascertained after proper interrogation and probe, several reports have suggested that Suchana Seth was unhappy with a court order that allowed her estranged husband to meet their son. Suchana and her husband had filed for divorce and proceedings of the same were in the final stage.

Raman had called up Suchana and had told her he wanted to meet their son, an indiatoday.in report said, adding that while Raman asked her to bring their son to his house in Bengaluru, she asked him to meet her at a public place in the city.

To her request, Raman waited for Suchana at a public place in Bengaluru for more than two hours and called her up several times but could not reach her. She also allegedly did not respond to his messages and emails. Subsequently, Raman travelled to Indonesia for work, the report said.
