Muggy weather conditions prevailed in the national capital on Monday morning with the minimum temperature settling at 27.8 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year. The relative humidity at 8.30 am was recorded at 76 per cent.
The weather office has forecast a generally cloudy sky for the day with the possibility of light rain or drizzle. The maximum temperature is likely to settle around 37 degrees Celsius.
The air quality index (AQI) at 9.10 am stood at 101 in Delhi. The AQI of Faridabad, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida was recorded at 72, 126, 87 and 122 respectively. An AQI between zero and 50 is considered good, 51 and 100 satisfactory, 101 and 200 moderate, 201 and 300 poor, 301 and 400 very poor, and 401 and 500 severe.
