Mumbai on Wednesday reported 185 new coronavirus infections and zero pandemic-related deaths.
The tally of cases in India's financial capital thus rose to 11,62,322, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said. The death toll remained unchanged at 19,762.
A day before, the city had witnessed 191 new Covid-19 cases and a single death.
As per the bulletin, 1,845 coronavirus tests were conducted on Wednesday, which took the total of tests conducted so far in the city to 1,88,39,139.
The tally of recovered patients rose to 11,41,374, with 234 patients recovering since the previous evening.
There are 1,186 active patients in the city now, the BMC said.
The recovery rate in Mumbai is 98.2 per cent and the overall growth rate of cases from April 19 to 25 was 0.0149 per cent.
Mumbai's caseload doubling rate is 4,722 days, as per the bulletin.
